At Earth Angels, we honor the truth that there is a spark of the divine within each of us. A remembering that lives in the body, the breath, and the subtle rhythms of our being.
Yoga and sound are not things to achieve or perfect—they are medicine. Ancient tools that guide us back home to ourselves. Through movement, stillness, vibration, and presence, we soften the layers that separate us from our inner knowing.
This work is about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

Meet Vanessa
Vanessa Osorio is the founder of Earth Angels, a space where spirit meets body, and presence becomes practice. As a Latina yoga and sound practitioner based in Sacramento, Vanessa draws on yogic philosophy, ancestral wisdom, and cultural archetypes to guide restorative movement and sound meditation practices designed to reconnect students with their intuition and sovereignty.
Her approach is rooted in authenticity, community, and embodiment. Vanessa’s classes are as much about connection as they are about the breath, the body, and the sound vibrations that awaken the self. She holds space with a nurturing, honest energy, inspiring students to move intuitively, live fully, and honor the sacred power already within them—without following a prescribed path.
