Earth Angels is for anyone craving rest, reconnection, and gentle transformation. No prior yoga or sound healing experience is required. All bodies, backgrounds, and levels are welcome.

Sound healing uses instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools to support relaxation and balance. The experience invites your nervous system into a meditative state, allowing space for rest, release, and clarity.

Offerings may include Slow flow, Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and yoga integrated with sound healing. The pace is intentional and accessible, with options always offered.

Not at all. You’re encouraged to come exactly as you are. Guidance is offered throughout, and you’re always welcome to rest, modify, or simply receive.

Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Yoga mats and props may be provided depending on the space—details will always be shared ahead of time. You may want to bring a journal, water, or any personal comfort items.

Yes. Earth Angels practices are guided with care, consent-based language, and an emphasis on choice. You are always invited to honor your own boundaries and needs.

Many offerings can be adapted, but it’s important to listen to your body and consult your healthcare provider if needed. Please let the facilitator know ahead of time so modifications can be offered.

Yes. Private yoga, sound baths, and small group experiences are available for individuals, gatherings, or special events. You can request a session through the website to begin the conversation.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the event. Refunds will be issued minus the 2.9% credit card processing fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event and no-shows are non-refundable.

Occasionally, photos or videos may be captured for promotional purposes. Consent is always prioritized, and you’re welcome to opt out at any time.
