We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation and guided journaling to help you reconnect with your essence—beyond roles, expectations, or who you feel you “should” be. From this place, you’ll be invited to plant intentions that feel true to you, like seeds rooted in authenticity.

Just as a garden doesn’t rush to bloom, your intentions are allowed to unfold in divine timing—nurtured with presence, care, and trust.

You’ll then be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body to soften and integrate, creating space for what you’re calling in to gently take root.
